It works for me. Are you using an older emule version? Upgrade to 0.47, which suppports larger file sizes.
And BTW MacGyver: Great to see that you are still out there! |

I'm using aMule 2.1.1 (eMule client for Linux).
The support for file >4GB is not included. :( |
