You should try this guide (actually posted above by J@soN) - it describes how you first rip the disc (as you already did) and then how you use AutoGK.

Hmm..I have an idea of what you might have done, you decrypted all the PGC's, when you only needed to decrypt the main movie PGC.
Here's what you need to do when you're using dvddecrypter:
Open dvddecrypter.
Got to Options, choose "settings".
Click the "File Mode" tab, and under the "On Startup" heading you'll see "Select File", in which you'll choose "Main Movie PGC". Under the heading "Options" you'll see " File Splitting", in which you'll choose "None".
Now go to the top and you'll see the tab "IFO MODE", click it. At "On Startup" you'll check the box that says "Select Main Movie PGC" beside it. Under Options you'll see "File Splitting" again, and again choose "None".
Then close dvddecrypter.
When you restart it it should automatically choose only the main movie, instead of all the other PGC's along with it.
Now you'll have just the one large VOB to encrypt with autoGK.
Good luck.

| How long it takes depends on RAM, processor speed, and on whether or not you're using the pc while you're encoding. Using your pc (even for surfing) while encoding can add an hour or two to the process. I start the encoding process right before I head to bed. |

| Depends upon the speed of your computer, and the length of the movie. Figure at least 8 hours, but probably something more like 12-16... |

@H
Damn man...12 hours? Most it's ever taken me was 8 hours, and that was with a 7.2GB VOB (very large). Usually it takes me about 6 hours. Are you running a Pentium 3? Joking. |

No, but i am running a 2500+, which isn't too far off,
The real reason is more probably that i have alot of other stuff running on here all the time...but then again, i did just format, so maybe that will help with this encode i'm doing right now.... |

| If by vst you mean vts, that's the files that it produced. Apparently you chose to make it a 2cd rip. Anyway, now is when you need to use G-spot Information Appliance on those files, it will tell you what audio codec it is using (you should know this anyway since you applied the settings). I don't see why there would be no audio, but I guess that's why the term "trial and error" was coined. |

| Well, like J@son said, did you use GSpot to determine if there is an audio stream present? If not, do it and see what it says. You may have just gotten AC3 sound, and not have the codec installed. The IFO files doesn't make any difference... |

Yep, so you need to install the AC3 filter: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ac3filter/ac3filter_0_70b.exe?download
Install it, you may need to restart after, and then you should be able to hear the audio. |

You DO NOT need to make the movie all over again!
All you need to do is download the codec, then reboot, then play the file to make sure you can hear the audio. If you can, then you can release it.
There's no need to reencode the video, it's a working video, you just need the codec to hear the audio, which H provided the link for.
As a suggestion:
Next time you make a video to release, go to "advanced settings" on autoGK when you start it up. Then under "output resolution settings" make it fixed width @ 512 (works with 4:3 AND 16:9 resolution video). Then under "output audio settings" select VBR or CBR MP3 @ a kbps no more than 160kbs. The reason you don't need more than 160kbs is because porn doesn't have a broad range of audio signals, so there's no need to sacrifice video kbs for a lot of audio quality. (I set mine at 128kbs). |
