Hey all,
At work, I can't browse places like here because WebSense proxy is used.
If I type the URL directly in my web browser, I have a warning page telling me I go on "adult material".
Well, this seems quite normal.
Therefore, I have a friend who own a server with a proxy on it.
It uses HTTPS to go there.
Websense warns me "unknow website" but let's me go there.
However, after ten minutes, the connection is closed, I have the warning window again.
Do some of you know how I can bypass WebSense without generating an alarm ?
Thanks |

If using Firefox, in the Options ->Security menu:
you may try to disable the Block reported attack sites and/or Block reported web forgeries check boxes.
* * * * *
Furthermore in the Options -> Advanced -> Encryption menu:
you should check Ask me ever time , then add the certificate from your friend's site to the Firefox certificate exceptions. |
