When I wish to share a file that I have created, there is always one stubborn chunk that dosen't want to spread. Not even to one person. I end up with a bunch of 99%'ers. Eventually it seems to correct itself, but how do I get the chunks to spread evenly?
I use emuleMorphXT to share. I am only sharing the one file. Share only the need seems to have no effect.
