Since a few weeks i get spam in my mule search.
Every file i search i get 3 or 4 files at the end from toolbars etc, they have hundreds of sources.
Where does this come from and more important, how to get rid of it.
(i always search - Global server.)

| Yeah, it is a pain in the arse, but there's nothing you can do about to get rid of it. It affects certain servers (most likely the most popular and used ones) so maybe try other servers, or just simply ignore it. |

Ok thanks, i'll just ignore it. But it was a new thing to me and did not now or it was a security issue for me.

On the contrary. You might have noticed those spam results containig exactly the keywords given and jumping suddenly to improbably high availability - they're product of specially made servers. So, you have to remove these servers from your serverlist - make sure the two "update server list when ..." lines in server options are unchecked and use only good servers from one of the web serverlists (for instance the ocbmaurice's best servers). |

Revan is correct i did as he suggested and no more spam in my search results
i even noticed a decrease im my corrupted chucks (and yes IPfilter is always up to date) |
