The lack of this suggestions thus far makes me wonder if this isn't already often posted about/banned - but the mods can pounce on me if that's the case.
Adding a feed to PHPBB is easy as pie - the fact that I know how to install the mod manually means that a monkey could do it (you literally just copy the rss.php file to the root directory). The difficult thing would be to constrain the feed to only show new topics in the release fora. But I suppose by just subscribing to the release forum of choice and ignoring the replies, it'd already be a welcome addition. Here's how:

The best thing is that the feed can be parsed for each forum individually, just by adding the relevant info to the url - so http://www.nornik.net/pornlinkprovider/rss.php?f=20 would be for American releases.
Of course I understand if this is a problem since the feed wouldn't be secure - if that's the issue then obviously there's little to be done about that. |

Hi InariVachs,
Is it possible to have the RSS feed show more than 15 threads ?
Other feeds i subscribe to update from the last thread that was downloaded.
Which is for handy for when i'm away from a PC. :wink: |
