|
|
Hello,
As of this morning I cannot upload anything anymore with eMule, I put some widely spread files in my shared folder but after 1 hour still nobody downloading from me, I've tried several servers.
Is it just me or has something drastically happened to the servers? I can see a total of 19,7 million users online which is ridiculous high (quite impossible actually).
I checked my upload with speedtest and I HAVE upload, maybe my ISP blocked eMule for uploads (I can still download with eMule)?
Thx |

3,5 mio users and no upload-problems here.
Have you tried changing TCP and UDP ports to more or less random numbers, not the standard ones? Checking the ports? Maybe even using something like port 80 to find out if you are being blocked?
If that doesn't help you could install a fresh emule version (newer or different than yours) - try it out totally fresh, you can import your userhash stuff (cryptkey.dat, preferences.dat, clients.met) later if upload works with it.
If that fails too than your ISP might be blocking emule, but that shouldn't be to hard to find out. I'm guessing there are dutch forums for that, or maybe you can ask friends. |

Thanks collie for the help (nice to see you're still around buddy), but the problem has solved itself.
It seemed that it was only a temporary problem with eMule (still can't figure out what), as after 2 hours all of a sudden people start to download again from me. I was connected to one of the donkeyservers for the first 2 hours and then the client automatically connected to Big Bang server and people started to download... I can't explain... really weird. Maybe there WAS some kind of general problem with the servers, dunno... anyway thanks again. :) |

after 1 year intensive testing i can say that the BigBang servers definitive run better as the DonkeyServers
(at least for me) |

I prefer DonkeyServers (IPs - 62.241.53.XX). I've never had problems whith them.
Salseros, check IP, maybe you connected to the fake 1. |
